The purpose of this organization is to create an opportunity for TC students, faculty, and staff, and the Texarkana community, to expand their cultural knowledge and appreciation through educational and social activities.  TC-CASA will promote academic excellence and unity and will not discriminate any students on bases of gender, disabilities, race, color, age, or national origin.  TC-CASA will not be an association to shelter only one culture, but rather will be one to help the students develop understanding and acceptation of their culture and those among them.
