Description

Part writing of figured diatonic seventh bass exercises and melody harmonization requiring altered chords, 9th, 11th, and 13th chords. Modulation to remote keys. Styles of writing other than chorale style. Analysis of the larger forms of composition. Prerequisite: MUSI 2311 and MUSI 2116.
