Biology for Non-Science Majors II (lecture) (3,3,0). The process and methods of science applied to understanding biological concepts at the molecular, cellular, organismal and community levels. Human systems, nutrition, development, homeostasis, genetics, evolutionary principles and ecology will be stressed with application to contemporary issues in human health and the environment. Recommended co-requisite: BIOL 1109
